Senior Associate – Regulatory Advisory & Support
Person with sound technical knowledge who can manage the client and the team members. Their job is to get tasks done by using all of the resources available to them, including other employees or team members.
Desired Profile:
CS qualified with an experience range of 3 – 6 years. Listed company handling experience can be added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing a team of 6 persons that consist of 2 qualified CS (Associates) and 4 semi-qualified/ trainees
Client communication and management
Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal
Provide any training that team members need
Communicate clear instructions to team members
Effectively delegating tasks to other members and supervising
Listen to team members’ feedback
Monitor team members’ participation to ensure the trainings they provided is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed
Manage the flow of day-to-day operations
Create reports and reviews and timely Updation to the HOO
Create the procedures and the specifications to follow for the execution of projects in the organization
Assign tasks to team members in such a way that the more priority tasks are completed first
Serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve interface and also integration issues with other teams
Mentor team members, identify lapses, and conduct training on the job to equip staff with knowledge of developing trends in order to build a highly skilled department
Ensure that members of the operations team adhere to company rules and work ethics
Implementation and effective use of IT tools

Handle the allotted clients independently
Planning of tasks with the team leader

Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Analyst/Associate/Senior Associate/ Partner, the candidate will be responsible for the following
Preparation of Board Meeting documents, checklists / proposal and maintenance of statutory registers
Preparation and filing of various forms with MCA, Trade Mark, PAN & TAN Applications & Debenture Agreements
Must be able to co-ordinate with clients, Chartered Accountants and Other Professionals for various compliances
Discussion/clarifications with clients & regulatory authorities
Advisory support to clients on Company Law, Stock Exchange, FEMA etc.
